Besides IT recruitment, the company ensures quick and efficient HR support in the fields of finance, accounting, payroll, HR positions, as well as assist their partners in executive search projects.

The co-founders of Fox & Wolf HR Solutions Ltd. are professional and skilled recruitment consultants who ensure a full scope of recruitment and HR services like rump-up and resource planning, sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates and candidate after care advisory.

Due to their complex and extensive knowledge of the Hungarian market and beginning-to-end recruitment, they provide valuable advising on any HR processes that go beyond the recruitment.

Besides database search, identifying target sectors and companies, contacting potential candidates, pre-screening and interviewing, market research and different surveys are also part of the company’s service portfolio, which ensures a huge support in the decision-making process. The results of these surveys lend a helping hand in retention and reducing attrition rate.

The two co-founders of Fox & Wolf HR Solutions Ltd. have a combined 20 years of experience in many market sectors such as IT, Outsourcing, Shared Service Centre, and Banking. Their expertise extend to headhunting, executive search, end-to-end recruitment, and recruitment process auditing and improvement. Harnessing their knowledge and experience, they started their own recruitment agency, which acts as a strategic partner for their Clients.

Fuszkó Ágnes is the founder & CEO of Fox & Wolf HR Solutions Ltd. and has been a principal recruitment consultant since 2017. She has close to 10 years of experience in recruitment, her primary focus being IT technology at international recruitment agencies.

Ágnes is responsible for key account management, business development, HR consulting and managing the IT recruitment division. She started her recruiter career in the field of IT and ensured proficient HR services in Shared Service Centres and financial institutes.

Previously, she worked as Division Manager and her main duties were key client management, people management, hiring, training and mentoring recruitment consultants and coordinating the trainee program and implementing new training processes.

Lilla has gained valuable experience at Hungarian and multinational recruitment agencies. She started her career as a researcher, and now she acts as an HR consultant in the IT recruitment division of Fox & Wolf HR Solutions Ltd.

She is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process coordination, and understanding and completing the partners’ requests through close cooperation. She is specialised for the field of IT, so the world of IT professionals is really close to her. During her daily work she supports and represents both her candidates and partners with her expertise and competency. She believes this is the key of her profession.
