Our client is a software development company founded in 2006, who provide unique solutions with large corporate clients, both international and domestic. They have gained excellent experience in the field of delivering IT solutions; banking and insurance companies,

They develop tailored solutions for the FMCG sector, air passenger transport, e-commerce sites, as well as the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare.

In addition, their own product development projects are also outstanding, including a CRM and Marketing automation web application, or even an electric charging mobile application in their product portfolio.

We are now looking for a new colleague for the following position:

SCRUM MASTER

Tasks and responsibilities:

• As a Scrum Master, you will join an external client’s team, and support the agile development processes.
• You will support the transformation and the result of the agile process in the agile software development team.
• Knowledge and implementation of agile development methods into the team’s daily life.
• Guide the team on self-organizing to fully realize the potential of Agile / Scrum frameworks.
• Review and monitor product progress and outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Working in close cooperation with the Product Owner and Business Analysts to achieve the customer’s satisfaction.

Requirements:

• At least 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience in agile software development projects.
• Strong English knowledge.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
