Tasks and responsibilities:

• Take ownership of end-to-end ERP delivery, overseeing both new implementations and system upgrades.
• You will support ERP implementation projects through key milestones such as requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, user training, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate tasks across business and technical teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Conduct independent consulting sessions, assess and document customer requirements, and effectively communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze functional requirements in collaboration with customers, and contribute to the creation of Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Facilitate customer trainings, workshops, and product demonstrations, both remotely and on-site as needed.

Requirements:

• Relevant professional experience in ERP implementation
• Previous experience in a consultant, project manager, advisor or account manager position is considered an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of ERP impelmentations lifecycle milestones.
• Excellent English proficiency (both spoken and written), with strong presentation and demonstration skills.
• College or University degree in IT, Economics, Business or a related field would be beneficial.
• Willingness to travel internationally (4-5x a year), primarily within the Western European region.
