EXPERIENCED ITALIAN SPEAKER – FINANCIAL ANALYST

 Tasks and responsibilities:

• Book incoming invoices via electronic system
• Take partin monthly closing procedures
• Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms
• Make approval prior to payment and keep payment deadlines within the contracted terms
• Execute, check payments, identify amendments, removals if necessary
• Ensure customer service to vendors and manage requests for information
• Analyzing vendor/employee open balances on a monthly basis and take appropriate action when needed

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience within the field of Finance and Accounting
• Experience in global Business Support Centre environment
• Proven or demonstrated accounting experience is a plus
• College or university degree especially in the field of Economics, Finance, Accounting
• Advanced Italian language knowledge and English knowledge is a must for the role to understand training materials and internal communication
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills to interact at various levels inside and outside the organization
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paces environment while maintaining accuracy
